Scanning patient during ulstrasound

I was doing an anatomy ultrasound scan on a morbidly obese pregnant patient 435 pounds with a BMI of [REDACTED]. About 12 way through the scan my arm started hurting. At the completion of the study my arm was aching and cramping. An anatomy scan is an exam that is scheduled in an hour time slot. I scanned the patient from [REDACTED].
