Before the incident

EE was working with Distributor to do inventory at Bevda Wine and Spirits an account that sells our product. When they were in the attic EE had turned striking his head against the roof support beam. When he did it cause a cut on the top of his head and a goose egg on his face above the right eye and a scratch on his right cheek. Distributor assisted EE in getting cleaned up in the bathroom downstairs of Bevda. The were standing outside of the bathroom door when EE realized that he left his glasses on the sink. He went to open the bathroom door and passed out. Employee asked how long he was out and he was told that he was out and than awake again. EE Taken to the Urgent Clinic across the street from the facility they were working at and stayed with him until the released him. EE was told to take off until [REDACTED] and to avoid screen time. I the process of the incident he has scratched the lenses of his glasses.
