[REDACTED] was tightening down a load with a banding bar and pushing it in a downward motion The banding tool then slipped off the load causing [REDACTED] weight and force to jerk forward which then caused a whiplash effect to his neck shoulder area 1st responders provided him with an ice pack which he said did help relieve some of the pain We asked [REDACTED] to rest for a little and that I would check up on him in a few hours At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] requested to be checked out by a doctor and was then sent over to [REDACTED] for an examination
