What happened
Forks weren 't long enough to move the pallet that was leaning towards the back. As he was removing it the driver noticed it was going to lean off the forks and fall towards the lip of the back of the truck which was break the item causing a return. Driver used shoulder to keep it steady and was holding the weight on his right shoulder for too long.
