While unloading [REDACTED] Ms. [REDACTED] felt really dizzy all of a sudden. I asked her if she wanted me to call paramedics and she initially said no. We then went to the manager 's office. I asked her if she wanted me to call [REDACTED] again and she said no and called someone to come and pick her up.
