What happened
Associate has lacerations and burns to hands. The doctors have told him that he allegedly burned it from placing his hands under the hand dryers in the bathroom. During multiple interactions with associate he had told me that he had believed it happened away from work. He didn 't know when or how but it had been getting worse.
