Began to feel pain and discomfort in upper arm region and in his shoulders and upper back. The pain is not the result of one action but of several occasions throughout his shift. At the start of his day there is no pain. As he performs his duties throughout the day as a hostler he begins to feel pain. Basic work duties like closing a trailer door or moving the curtain to the side to check a door causes pain in his shoulder overtime. Also duties like Recoups causes his back to feel pain as well.
