What happened
Driver was unloading first stop and he tried to stop pallet jack but it would not lower. He was standing on the ground and trying to stop pallet from going over the edge of liftgate. The pallet jack would not drop the pallet on the floor of truck and the pallet jack with the pallet rolled off the edge of liftgate. The pallet jack and pallet hit his right hand when it rolled off the liftgate.
