Associate was removing zip tie (out of service tag) off driver side door handle with pocketknife when he felt cut and blood out of right-hand finger but did not think it was nothing big. Associate went to wrap with paper towel and went home. Once at home he realized he had a deep and cut and went to ER where he got threated.
