[REDACTED] put a Tv at the back of the trailer. He dismounted forklift to lift Tv and place against wall. While squatting to lift he fell backwards and off of the platform to the ground landing on his back and hitting his head. He returned to work and did not immediately report. Called Supervisor at [REDACTED] to report and to seek medical treatment from company doctor.
