What happened
While a pallet was being deposited at the front of a flow through rack a TM was applying tags to a pallet positioned behind the racking within the [REDACTED] During this process as the pallet was pushed into rack E117 it caught on the side of a pallet containing taco wedges in the adjacent row E113 This caused the taco wedge pallet to be pushed off the back of the flow through rack resulting in boxes striking the TM
