[REDACTED] was slagging off 1 furnace and he felt a sharp pain in his lower back in the middle [REDACTED] also states that his back locked up for a second were he could not move his back. [REDACTED] reported it to me right away and we went to the formen office and put icy hot on his back and later ice. At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] states he does not want to go to doctor right now. I asked if it would be ok if he could pour iron on a disa and he said yes.
