He stated that on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] he was clearing foliage around the truck scale stop sign and on [REDACTED] he states there was slight irritation but didn 't apply anything at that time. On [REDACTED] he started to apply anti-ich creme to the area. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the area hasn 't improved and he is wanting to seek medical attention. He spoke with plant EHS and will be going to IMed after his shift is over.
