What happened

EHS submitting for [REDACTED]. During production supervisor was giving breaks on the pour deck at this time supervisor was running the Bull Ladle they were tipping the ladle forward to fill up disa1 's ladle when the iron hit the front lip of the ladle causing it to splash outward. [REDACTED] had been hit with some of the splash it had entered his boot and his foot got burned. [REDACTED] did not ask for medical attention at this time. I switched him out with another employee and he worked the rest of the night without complaint. The matter was not brought to the supervisors attention again till [REDACTED] when they noticed he looked to be having a difficult time walking I asked him if he was ok and at this time he asked if he could be switched out with someone else because he was in pain from walking on he foot. Post shift he said that he wanted to go to the Dr. about his foot. [REDACTED] was seen by Imed after work 4 3 25.
