Before the incident
lifting the brine push pipes off of the side of the brine pit
What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] the brine attendant was lifting the brine push pipes off of the side of the brine pit to move them to the next cage. That bracket for the push pipes was on top of a weld seam on the brine pit. At the seam the pit wall is a little wider which causes the bracket for the pipes to sit tighter and it requires more effort to lift the bracket. When the employee initially lifted the bracket and pipes he didn 't feel any pain in his lower back. Then on [REDACTED] when he was working in brine in towards the end of his shift he started to experience pain in his lower back
