What happened
Employee was cutting Nitto tape afterapplying to the underside of the unit. When moving knife to place it back in their pocket it slipped out of their hand and fell vertically down with the blade exposed. The tip of the blade punctured the knit fabric of the employees safety toe sneaker directly behind the safety toe cap causing a small laceration to the top of their right foot.
