The banding of an employee 's goggles slipped off the back of their bump cap while filling foot foamers. The employee attempted to readjust the band and pressed the pump handle down into a drum of [REDACTED]-Bac. [REDACTED]-Bac splashed up and contacted their right eye. Employee rubbed their right eye with their glove that had [REDACTED]-Bac residue.
