What happened
Patient was saying he wanted to go home and that he wanted to hurt us and kill us. He grabbed my hands both my wrists and let go. He let me go and I stepped back using my safety shuffle. Then he started coming closer to me and I said can you back up please. Patient lunged at me I went to go hands on but was trapped in a corner. I went to grab his right arm using safety care and grabbed my sweatshirt in my right hand and was pulling me. Then he bit my right wrist.
