Before the incident
In the room of the patient because she was in the bathroom and we needed to have eyes on her for safety.
What happened
The patient was in the bathroom and we needed to have eyes on her for safety. She said she was going to hit me and kill me if I was in the room. When she came out the restroom she started hitting me with closed fist and then we went into 2 person hold. While on the hold the patient continued to spit and throw her head back. She was able to hit me twice with the back of her head on the side of my head on the temple. On the second hit I blacked out lost my breathe and my body went limp. I was switched out of the hold and helped to sit down and catch my breathe.
