What happened
Employee was in process of cutting foam-filled vinyl lineal at saw. Employee states he was trying to clean foam from the end of the lineal before it went into the saw and he place his hand between the lineal and the in-feed of the saw. The feeder advanced while his hand was still there catching is right pointer finder and pinning it between the saw opening and the material.
