The EE entered an ISL to provide client care. Upon entry client began invading her personal space. Client attempted to hug EE multiple times.
What happened
The last time client attempted to hug he wrapped his hands around her throat. EE attempted a choke release as trained in the [REDACTED] system - it failed. Client then grabbed EE 's right arm and twisted it behind her.
Injury or illness
EE heard a pop and felt a pull in her shoulder. EE reports sharp pains throughout right shoulder and right arm and has limited range of motion with right shoulder. Dx is right shoulder sprain.
