Before the incident
Direct patient care Attempting to get patient out of restraint chair after he had contracted for safety.
What happened
Patient immediately aggressed toward staff after being released from restraint chair. I was assisting with positioning patient back into restraint chair when he kicked me in the chest with his feet and the force propelled me backward.

Chest and back bottom due to force of the kick - I fell back and landed on the floor. Not totally sure how I landed since it happened so fast
