Pulling a reject bin backwards

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a packer operator was helping the filler operator with their pit stop. The packer operator removed a full reject bin from the production line. The employee began to pull the bin while walking backwards which resulted in the employee losing their balance and falling onto the ground. The employee landed in an awkward position and immediately felt discomfort in their right knee. The employee was taken to the hospital for further evaluation and was diagnosed with a patella dislocation.
