What happened

Nissan technician of [REDACTED] with [REDACTED] in current PRKO Assembly rotation reports to Medical with Left Shoulder pain. EE was seen by HYP yesterday ([REDACTED]) and referred to Medical due to EE having had a previous work-related injury of this shoulder in [REDACTED]. The previous injury resulted in surgery for rotator cuff repair and subacromial decompression in [REDACTED]. EE states that he is unsure when the current discomfort started and that he has been using ice therapy and topical [REDACTED] on the shoulder. Per EMMS EE attributes this injury to all jobs and states Stocking parts and noticed that my left shoulder started to burn. The pain is reported as a 2 on 1-10 scale while EE is at rest. The pain is at its worst in the morning and at the end of his shift. Pain is described as a constant burning that progresses to an 8 or 9 with use. EE states that he experiences intermittent weakness in the left arm and hand. This EE is right hand dominant. Per EMMS EE denies work out
