What happened
Nissan Technician of [REDACTED] began working online rotation in [REDACTED] reported to ESI [REDACTED] stating left elbow pain began [REDACTED]. EE reports to medical [REDACTED] with supervisor and EMMS form to file ongoing discomfort in the left elbow. EMMS states I normally just worked online during breaks. I was put online all day for several consecutive days which resulted in being extremely sore all over. Over a week or so all of the pain subsided with the exception of my left elbow. EE is left hand dominant. Reports pain 2 10 consistent with use. EE states she was working in the office prior to returning to the line full time. EE reports she was denied a soft landing for transition. Per EMMS EE denies work outside of Nissan and reports bowling as her only hobby. EE uses Left hand to bowl. EE denies any previous injury of left elbow. EE does have previous work-related claims of bilateral hands and wrist in [REDACTED].
