What happened

Nissan technician of 10yrs with 18 months in current Machining rotation presents with EMMS for work related PAIN in the Right ARM and SHOULDER. EE states Turning the gauge into several holes I started to notice a sharp pain in my arm. EE indicated the area at the base of his right thumb and index finger as the initial onset site. EE lists Area 18 Final Inspection and Area 13 as the jobs that contributed the most to his condition due to gripping and turning with his hands. EE has a previous work-related injury of the right upper extremity in [REDACTED] during a previous stint of employment with Nissan. Per EMMS the EE denies working a second job outside of Nissan and lists fishing golfing and bowling as his hobbies. EE is right hand dominant and was wearing appropriate PPE. EE has been participating in ESI since [REDACTED] without improvement.
