Nissan EE works KR Zone 3 in rotation 24 months. Reports having Left Shoulder begin to hurt [REDACTED] she was seen by ESI until [REDACTED] then closed and deferred to medical. She states pain lessened but has worsened recently. She attempted to re-enroll with ESI and was deferred again to medical on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] while performing her normal duties noticed my shoulder felt tighter through the day. Pain has started hurting in new place (neck back of shoulder) could not sleep last night. Decided I wanted to be seen as I couldn 't take the pain anymore per EMMS.
