Before the incident
[REDACTED] was sanitizing Tank [REDACTED] about 2 feet away from a pump panel with three outlets. The most far right outlet experienced an arc flash (contained within the electrical box). The force from the arc flash made contact with the [REDACTED] in the chest region. A nearby Maintenance EE heard the loud pop from the arc flash and immediately went to inspect the area. The [REDACTED] was taken to the nearby breakroom to rest. The [REDACTED] confirmed to colleagues and leadership that they were OK but experiencing minor soreness. Out of precaution the [REDACTED] and site leadership decided to call an ambulance for further medical attention. No injuries beyond first aid were sustained.
