ANW CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL RN reports was working in medic role on [REDACTED] when responding to a call at [REDACTED] golf course of a patient who was hypotensive (BP at 70 40) due to a heatstroke. EE reports the patient was lifted from ground on to stretcher and taken up the hill of the golf course. Two firefighters assisted EE and co-worker with pushing the patient on the stretcher uphill. EE reports pain in bilateral lumbar more so noted in the midline lumbar to left side.
