Before the incident
Employee was cleaning polishing crankshafts. Using sanding paper and rags in a polishing lathe.
What happened
When he was cleaning polishing the post end of the crankshaft the paper got caught up in a Key way catching his glove. This caused his arm to be pulled in along with his body hitting his face on part of the part that was rotating.
