What happened
Team member was working on 2nd pass saw and needed to use the restroom. The restroom is located on the North side of the building underneath the sales office next to the particle board break room. As the team member was walking over the catwalk she slipped on the 2nd from the top stair off of the catwalk on the back side of the 2nd pass saw. She had a good grasp on the rails with her hands. When she was falling her left foot slipped to the next step and rolled outward.
