What happened
Employee was stacking parts in boxes. She stepped back and accidentally forgot that parts were already stacked behind her. In doing so she made an incorrect movement and struck her elbow against the end of one of the parts. Although she was wearing a protective sleeve it was not properly covering her elbow at the time which resulted in the injury.
