Before the incident
We have the old WOW 's where we have to squeeze it to lift it up and squeezed it to make it goes down. So I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder and upper chest area. When I got into the [REDACTED] room I sat down pain was getting worse. My left hand my left arm and my left index finger had a numbing sensation. I asked my coworker [REDACTED] if she can get me heating pad. I went and got myself some [REDACTED] 1000mg and sat down waited for it to kick in but never kicked in. I told the assistant manager and a nurse advise that I check in.
