EE had completed dumping a Load of Feathers and had gone into the Feather Plant to retrieve a rake to clear the drain. He opened the Bay Door to walk out to clear the feathers off the back of the truck. Upon exit EE Slipped on ice landing on his back striking his head on the concrete causing a laceration to the back of his head requiring staples.
