Clearing debris out of the rear mott of his enclosed cab John Deere tractor.

Employee performing right of way mowing on an enclosed John Deere rear mott mower when he ran over some cable debris. Unable to see the cable debris and it became tangled up in the mott. He was attempting to cut pull the cable out of the mott when he felt a strain in his left shoulder.
