Before the incident
banquet server dropped a rocks glass from his banquet tray. Other banquet server got a piece of glass in the eye once the glass shattered. Event services manager took employee to main kitchen to wash the eye at the eye wash station. The piece of glass was taken out of the eye. Server was fine and went back to work.
