What happened
Around [REDACTED] colleague was cutting cheese in the banquet kitchen. The knife slipped and cut his left index finger. Called in security to help clean and dress the wound. Colleague finger was cut pretty bad was bleeding quite a bit. I asked how he was feeling he said he felt fine just felt pain on the cut. He said he called his mom to pick him up to take him to urgent care and that she was on her way. At around [REDACTED] after talking with security and reporting the incident he left to go to urgent care. I told him to keep us updated.
