Record onlyIncident summary:On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I [REDACTED] was involved in the following incident:At approximately [REDACTED] I received a radio call from Bell staff Colleague EE requesting that I meet up at the departure center with a colleague that was in distress. Upon arrival I met up with the caller and EE. EE was seated on the bench outside of the departure center. Waiting with EE were hotel leaders. Upon arrival it was determined that EMS was contacted at [REDACTED] by mgr and and PBX Operator. During the wait for EMS EE explained to me that while he was at a Circle K obtaining gasoline he began to feel off. EE proceeded to the Circle K restroom at which point he stated he became? short of breath sweaty and needed to use the restroom immediately?. EE went on to say that during his bathroom use he? lost a significant amount of blood while relieving himself.? EE stated that he was not in any pain however stated ? I just don?t feel right it?s hard to catch m
