Removing bolts from fixture

Was using a drill to unscrew the bolts and the drill spun out of the employees ' hand and rotated around and hit the employee 's forehead. The metal belt clip that attached to the drill is what hit the employee resulting in the laceration. The employee was bent over and did not have good leverage on the drill and being bend over put the employees head into the proximity of the drill.
