Employee was assigned to wee whipping and clearing brush. While performing this task they cut some brush (trees) down and were throwing them into the back of [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. While throwing the brush into the back of the dump body he felt some pain in his left shoulder. While at the clinic they decided to send him to Good Samaritan Hospital ER by ambulance for observation for a possible stroke.
