As EE bent down she lifted her Right leg and her R ankle made contact with a wooden pallet.

EE was seen by noted emergency department PA on 7 1 25 and released with 7 7 25 return with no available diagnosis. EE seen by Orthopedic specialist on 7 7 25 & 7 8 25 with noted foreign body (splinter) in foot. Subsequent medical evaluations confirmed object to be a type of metal the size of a tip of a pencil but did not determine source (pallet or steel toe shoe).
