employee was operating the furnace and trimmer on the 8000 ton press (6 foot distance approximately) when he slipped. Both feet went out from under his body and fell to the ground. Employee landed on the floor and his right hand penetrated the drainage grate on the floor palm forward. His right ring finger bent 90 degrees backwards.
