The team member was using heavyduty equipment to drill a hole for a parking sign post As the team member was drilling they used their body weight to secure the equipment During the drilling process the team member raised the drill to allow water into the hole to help cool the bit As the spinning bit was lowered back into the hole it became stuck This caused the equipment frame to spin freely which knocked the team member to the ground The equipment then struck the team member in the face and neck
