[REDACTED] attempted to sit but chair quickly rolled out from underneath and she fell to the floor onto her tailbone. [REDACTED] then turned to prone position due to pain. No one witnessed fall. Moments later APU charge nurse ([REDACTED]) found [REDACTED] laying prone on floor. [REDACTED] reported sharp pain (7 10) at tailbone radiating to buttocks.
