The driver was walking a toter back to the customer across the street and had to cross a lane with oncoming traffic. There was a truck approaching the driver from opposite side. The driver thought that the truck was slowing down and he had enough time to cross. As the truck approached the driver with the toter the truck sped up and hit the toter in the drivers hand and knocked him to the ground.
