Employee was building and setting up hydraulic AFrames when they hyperextended their wrist which caused pain Employee was taken to first aid room and ice was applied to the area immediately Employee took Ibuprofen for the pain and the wrist was wrapped in a first aid bandage to prevent further discomfort from too much movement Ice was applied again about an hour after the initial incident
