The employee was clearing brush that the skid steer left behind.

Witness was facing north pushing brush back with a skid loader when two trees fell from the witnesses southeast about 25 feet away from the witness. The employee came closer to tell the witness was stuck on a rock when two trees started falling with them striking the employee. The witness called the AG manager right away telling the AG manager to call [REDACTED]. The witness cut the tree so the witness could get the tree off the employee. After the witness saw the employee Bleeding from their mouth and ear he left the employee as is to wait for paramedics and police to show up at the scene. Police reported this as a death with the cause being an accident and we reported this to OSHA right away as a death.
