What happened
UTR Driver [REDACTED] was assigned a wheel move to be loaded to the train. He claims that while hooking up to the chassis his UTR was jostled and he felt a tug in the lower right side of his back. He stated a few minutes after dropping the chassis and hooking up to a bomb cart he started to feel pain in the area of the initial tugging sensation. At that time he contacted his foreman [REDACTED] and notified him of the possible injury.
