What happened
I WAS GIVING MEDICATIONS TO PATIENT VIA PEG TUBE. THE MEDICATION STOPPED FLOWING SO I ENSURED THE TUBE WAS CLAMPED THEN I REMOVED THE SYRINGE FROM THE PEG. WHEN THE SYRINGE WAS REMOVED THE FLUIDS FROM THE TUBE BACK FLOWED ENOUGH TO SPRAY INTO MY LEFT & RIGHT EYE.
