What happened
UPON GETTING PATIENT BACK INTO HER ROOM AFTER SHE TRIED TO ELOPE AND I HAD TO HAVE A CODE BERT CALLED WE GOT THE PATIENT INTO THE BED WHERE SHE SAT THERE AND BROUGHT HER JACKET TO WHERE IT WAS COVERING HER FACE. ONCE THAT HAPPENED I HEARD THE SOUND OF A LIGHTER BEING USED SO I PULLED THE JACKET DOWN FROM HER FACE AND AS SOON AS I DID THAT THE PATIENT BLEW OUT SMOKE FROM WAHT LOOKED LIKE A PIPE THAT WAS USED FOR CRACK. WHEN SHE BLEW OUT THE SMOKE I WAS CLOSE TO HER FACE AND POSSIBLY INHALED SOME SMOKE AS I WAS TRYING TO BACK AWAY FROM HER.
